These terms cover your use of this website. The use of the NAIGRAPH product itself is governed by the licence agreement signed with each customer.

1.Using this website

You may browse this website and use its content for your own information. You may not copy, sell or republish its content without our written permission, except for short quotes with a link back to the source.

2.The free online trial

The online trial is offered as is, for evaluation. It has limits on documents, file size and questions, and all trial data is deleted after seven days. You agree not to upload documents that you are not allowed to share with us, not to upload unlawful content, and not to use automated tools against the trial. We may suspend a trial account that breaks these rules or affects the service for others.

3.Accuracy of information

We work to keep the information on this website correct and up to date. Figures such as response times and benchmark results come from our own measurements and may differ in your environment. Nothing on this website is a contractual promise. Commitments are made in the written agreement with each customer.

4.Product licences

NAIGRAPH is licensed, not sold. Each installation is covered by a written agreement that sets out the permitted use, support, fees and the responsibilities of both sides. The contracting party is named in every proposal. Contact us to receive one. If that agreement and this page disagree, the written agreement applies.

5.Trademarks

NAIGRAPH and the NAIGRAPH logo are marks of NAIGRAPH Lab. Other names mentioned on this website belong to their respective owners.

6.Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute about this website will be handled by the courts of Vietnam.
