Do you charge per question or per token?
No. Licences are per installation, with tiers based on the number of customer spaces and the level of support.
Is there a guided pilot?
Yes. We run a guided pilot on your own infrastructure with your own documents, usually over two weeks.
What counts as a customer space?
A separate space with its own documents, users and settings. Usually one client, department or brand. Some teams call this a tenant.
