What this website and the NAIGRAPH product collect, how the information is used, and the choices you have.

1.Who we are

NAIGRAPH is built by NAIGRAPH Lab, an independent engineering team. A company is being set up around the product. When this policy says "we", it means the NAIGRAPH Lab team. If you need the details of the contracting party for an agreement, contact us and we will provide them.

2.On this website

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. Your light or dark mode choice is saved in your browser only and is not sent to us. When you use the contact form, your name, company, email address and message are sent to our server and stored so we can reply. We do not use them for anything else.

3.The free online trial

If you use the online trial, we store the documents you upload, your questions and your account details on our server so the trial can work. This is the only case where we hold customer data. Everything is deleted automatically seven days after you sign up, and you can delete your account and all its data at any time from the trial workspace. We look at trial data only to operate the service or fix a problem, not to improve our own systems and not for marketing. Do not upload confidential documents to the trial. Use a full installation for those.

4.Information you send us

If you email us or book a session, we keep your name, email address, company name and the content of your message so we can reply and follow up. We keep this information for as long as we are in contact with you and for up to two years after our last exchange, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

5.Information in the product

When a customer installs NAIGRAPH, the documents, search history and user accounts stay on the customer's own servers. We do not have access to them and we do not receive copies. If a customer turns on optional answer rewriting with a language model, the customer uses its own provider account and the provider's terms apply to that traffic.

6.Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run email and scheduling, and only as needed for that purpose, or when the law requires it.

7.Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send your request through the contact page and we will respond within 30 days.

8.Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be mentioned on the home page for a reasonable period.
