1.Why we built it

Most document chat tools will write a confident answer even when the source material does not support it. In legal, financial and regulated work, that is the whole problem. We built NAIGRAPH to say exactly where an answer comes from, and to say clearly when there is no answer.

2.What we care about

We put accuracy before fluency, and we want speed that feels instant. Data stays with the customer. Documents in Vietnamese and other languages are handled as well as English.

3.How we work

We are a lean team of engineers. We measure everything we claim, publish the numbers we stand behind, and prefer a plain explanation over a clever one. You talk to the people who build the product, not to a sales desk.
